The development has a playground for the kids and a neighborhood pool and tennis court.

Rules

*There will be a $300 security deposit hold for every booking. You will get that back after your stay if there are no damages.

*A rental agreement is required to be signed by the booking person once booking is confirmed.

*Booking person on file must be 25+ yrs old and staying at the home during dates booked.

*Pool/Spa heat option is an additional fee of $25 a day. You can decide if you want heat closer to your check-in date (Recommended October ~ March).

We have three bedrooms. One with a king bed, one with a queen bed and one with bunk beds. In the bunk bed room there is a twin up top and full bed on the bottom. We also have two pull out couches in the living room for sleeping space if needed. We also have a pack-n-play available for babies/toddlers.
